Thank You.

I would like to thank all those who had nice things to say about Blog Noir – Chapter One. Your comments were most gratifying, and they made something that was already a pleasurable exercise quite special. Again, thanks.

The batting order for the next chapters is as follows:

(Key) Key Issues – Chapter Two – February 11th

(JMFlynny) Divine InnerBitchin’ – Chapter Three - February 18th

(Liv) Not a shrinking violet – Chapter Four – February 25th

(Christina, the Chief Noirette) Feisty Repartee – Chapter Five – March 4th

(Sadie) Fistful of Fortnights – Chapter Six (The final chapter) – March 11th

Stay tuned. It should be quite a ride.

I read it. I loved it. I am SO glad I ducked under the radar on this one. I could not compete . . .

The comments were sincere, Jim. I've gone back and read it a couple more times and it's great. I can almost hear the music in the background and can see the dimly lit bar with the smoke. Classic. We might have to submit this as a movie. I'm thinking Catherine Zeta Jones as Max Robichaux. Whadaya think?

Heh heh. Zeta-Jones would be good, but could she really pull off? We shall know on March 11th...

Catherine can't hang...she's too fragile...not enough grit..."farookin'" just wouldn't spill off her lips quite right.

Good Gawd...looks like I'm channeling Eric.

His punctuation, my thoughts.

Now Rachel Weisz of "The Mummy," "Runaway Jury" and "Constantine" fame could do it justice.
