I feel for you. We have Ed Rendel, the Governor of Philadelphia, over here. You know the guy who can't figure out how to get a real property tax reform bill passed.

I've been thinking about you all day - my condolences sir on the coming demise of your state... *sigh* It'd be funny if it wasn't so tragic. But it will be lots of nice blog fodder as the ship goes down.
