This is outrageous.

Look at it this way: Latinos who have been legal residents of NJ for decades and then move to other states don’t get in-state tuition benefits in NJ even if their kids graduated from schools in NJ. So the law penalizes the legal immigrants and favor the lawbreakers.

Insane.

Believe it or not, the Garden State is behind the curve on this. NC has had the provision to give in-state tuition to illegals for about 5 years now. The former Gov Dem Mike Easley brought this about. We also are one of the easier states for invaders to get a driver’s license, too. It’s sad and criminal that this goes on.

What the hell is wrong with these politicians? I would hope by the time you reached a state level position you would understand the immigration laws a little better.

HINT: You should be kicking them out NOT giving them incentive to stay!

Bonus points for Jersey taxpayers. You get to pay for the lawsuits from legal out of state students because this is already aginst Federal law.
They’re pushing this same Krep through in Colorado. They slipped in a dawn committe meeting this morning to vote the bill out to the floor. They called the meeting after an opposed legislator got onto a plane to take care of a family emergency.

On the upside, I read that the Taliban commander in Pakistan is going to launch an attack on D.C. Maybe we could throw in Trenton as a bonus for em.

You know, maybe this is Barry’s “homeland security” plan: Have the Democrats wreck the whole friggin country so the poor shits in Pakistan don’t have to bother.

I can’t believe that (spit) Corzine didn’t have the balls to pony up for a full ride to Princeton or Rutgers for the illegals. I really think that you should complain about his lack of sensitivity.
