“Perez Hilton” and the Abuse of Copyright Law. Updated.

Filed under: Uncategorized — Jim @ 2:03 pm

I’m posting this not to enter into the gay marriage debate (reasonable people of good will have differing views on the issue), but rather to highlight and stand in opposition to the misuse of copyright law by “Perez Hilton,” who is neither reasonable nor a person of good will.

The copyright backstory is here.

  2. I’ve got my hands full trying to be in charge of my own life; I don’t have the time/inclination to try to tell anyone else how to live. That said, Perez Hilton’s comments are the kind of thing he’d likely scream bloody murder about if they’d been made about him; the copyright claim is drivel on the face of it.

  3. The name Hilton and the term class only exists in hotels and not all of them.

  4. I put up the Prejean Hilton video on my blog and then Obama saying the same thing she did and asked

if all these filthy things can be justly said about her, then they must also apply to Obama.

Hmm I don’t agree with the first part of my station, but definitely with the latter 😉
