Well, there is definitely no uncertainty of her understanding what the Inspector General’s duties are.
Now, if she could only learn how to perform these duties, she would be worthy of holding that office.

I mean, we always knew government accounting and it’s handling of funds was bad but I don’t think any of us knew it was actually THIS bad. Incompetent doesn’t even begin to cover it. Wow, talk about swimming in the deep end with no floaties……
