At the Independence Day celebration, put on by our American Legion post in Cambria, I will be reading the preamble to the Constitution as the 2nd Vice. The 1st Vice will read the When in the Course of Human Events part. We are making the Constitution an important part of our day in this sleepy town on the left coast.
