Barocky Road Ice Cream.

Filed under: Uncategorized — Jim @ 8:02 pm

I gather this has been circulating around the interwebs for a while, but sometimes I’m late getting the memo.

baracky-road-ice-creamIn honor of the 44th President of the United States , Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream has introduced a new flavor: ” Barocky Road .”
Barocky Road is a blend of half vanilla, half chocolate, and surrounded by nuts and flakes. The vanilla portion of the mix is not openly advertised and usually denied as an ingredient. The nuts and flakes are all very bitter and hard to swallow.

The cost is $100.00 per scoop.

When purchased it will be presented to you in a large beautiful cone, but then the ice cream is taken away and given to the person in line behind you.

You are left with an empty wallet and no change, holding an empty cone with no hope of getting any ice cream.

Are you stimulated?

Thanks to Gerry from Jersey

  1. Just heard the news about the Nobel Prize – at first I just assumed it was a joke. Don’t you have to actually do something to be awarded a prize?

I feel sorry for previous winners, their awards have just been cheapened immensely.

Hell, even AlGore deserved it more than this joker.

  2. I am sure it tastes bitter, and will leave you with buyer’s remorse…

  3. In related news, in an unprecedented move, Major League Baseball has awarded President Obama both the AL and the NL Cy Young Award for his performance throwing out the first pitch at the All Star Game.

Hey, why not? He deserves that as much as the Nobel.

  4. I don’t know about the ice cream, but we sure heading down a “Barocky Road” since Sotero was “elected”.

Oh, and to Angela, the Nobel thing was awarded to Obama as a consolation prize for losing the Olympics.
