Crabby and Uninspired.

Filed under: Uncategorized — Jim @ 8:57 pm

I read a bunch of blogs and surfed the web for a while searching for some bloggy inspiration. Then I sat here for fifteen minutes staring at a blank page, and it continued to stare back at me. I’d say the blank page won the stare down.

I blame The One and the rogues and punks he surrounds himself with for wounding my muse.

  1. The majority of the American people are getting exactly as much of the kind of government they want. And when it proves to be unsustainable because of their self-centered irresponsible pedantry, they’ll get what they deserve. The pity is that the rest of the country will have to pay the price, too.

  2. The One seems to have that effect on people. Here – I will bring you a drink and a sandwich to tide you over… Virtually, of course… 😉

  3. I know what you’re going through, I’ve been reduced to posting YouTube videos and excuses for not blogging. I’ve been dedicating some of my usual blogging time to try to pound out some more chapters for the book, but even that has fallen prey to my mood of late. I, too, blame the little snot-nose god king and his band of rogues. Gotta blame someone, it can’t all be me…

  4. Hey Jimbo

Whenever you’re hit with the doldrums, why not whip out another chapter of “Jack Steele, Master Sgt of Drill”. I recently surfed the blogs going back to your humble beginnings, and was delighted to find such a literary treasure. If you ever manage to fill a book with his exploits, I’ll happily be first in line to purchase same.

  5. @ Jim Carlson — Thank you for the kind words. I expect that Master Sergeant Jack Steele might also have more than a slight case of the ass with the current administration. We’ll see.
