This is the key ingredient in the Chocolate Babkatini, a drink of my own invention.

Fill an ice-cold martini glass with chocolate vodka. Add a cube or two of Chocolate Babka, speared through with a toothpick: the Essential Garnish. Presto! Chocolate Babkatini!

1. Rocks glass.
2. Rocks.
3. 1/2 Bailey’s Irish Creme.
4. 1/2 Frangelico.

Okay, granted, it doesn’t pack a punch quite like vodka, but still … it’s yummy.
