Toronto, Ontario – July 1994 Hell Freezes Over Tour. I will NEVER forget it. I was always a big fan, especially their early stuff (from ’bout when I was born ha ha…) and it was a THRILL for me to score tickets and a way to get to Toronto when they reunited for that tour. Double bonus was that Sheryl Crow opened for them; it was just before she made it big…really unforgettable night…

Looks like I won’t be joining Jimbo & Da Joizey Boz anytime soon on rhythm guitar.

I just plain suck, let alone compared to the Eagles.

Dude, I don’t know. Yes, the Eagles are truly great in that Joe Walsh, TImothy B. Shmidt, Glenn Frey and Don Henley are all incredibly talented musicians but some of the newer stuff is still good.
I seem to remember when the hair length of The Eagles was measured in yards and not inches.
I believe Hendrix was an incredible musician and some of his stage costumes and antics would put any of these new bands to shame and he still achieved greatness.
There are good bands out there, you just have to look hard.

You’ve got that right Jim. Sounds like you and I need to get together and jam someday!

I’ve been an Eagles fan for years and have always played their songs.

The “Hell Freezes Over” tour was amazing. Their musicianship and harmonies are unequaled.
