Bill,

It's also like when Tony's crew took over and bled dry the gambler's sports store. These politician creeps have descended on UMDNJ and made it their private patronage, kickback playground. Sickening.

Tony had it right

Remember when Tony Soprano had the no work gig in the trash business where his job was doodling and then banging the secretary.

I guess art DOES imitate life.

Bill,

After an investigation by a former judge (commissioned by the Governor to conduct the investigation) found that Ms. Farber broke no laws, but breached ethical rules, she resigned her position.

We get a fair amount of that around here.

The person nominated by the Governor to take her place is considered by both parties to be a good choice. Let's hope so, because, if he truly is interested in cleaning up the state, he will have plenty on his plate.

Jimbo, remember the story of your Attorney General and her boyfriend who was stopped by the police and she showed up to get him off the hook? What happened to her, if anything, for her apparent misuse of power?

Ken,

I could go with your approach, but there aren't many (if any) who wouldn't get kneecapped.

Hate to have to disagree with you on this one, Jimbo. "[T]o VOTE EVERY SINGLE STATE, COUNTY AND LOCAL INCUMBENT POLITICIAN OUT OF OFFICE" is not the best way to deal with this situation.

The optimal way to deal with it is to kneecap every stinking one of the thieves. Then parade we them in the public square in shackles, hang them by the neck until they are not quite dead, then draw and quarter them. That will solve the problem for a generation or so.
