I’ve Got Nuttin’ … Almost.

Filed under: Uncategorized — Jim @ 7:07 pm

Really, I’ve got nuttin’, except for boundless comtempt for legislators, democrat and republican, who place their own agendas before what I believe is the will of the American People. If you need links to know what I am talking about, then please move on.

  1. In MY humble opinion (*ahem*), I’m guessing that you will cruise a few blogs at some point this evening, and then recall the somber anniversary that is today, and then do some kind of an update.

  3. You could always get your ticket for the Live Earth concert at Giants Stadium. Al Gore will be there, on stage. Aren’t you excite? I am! I’ll be saving lots of energy that day to not use my gas to go see him and I won’t be tuning in.

  5. Friend of mine used to say that the scary thing about those clowns (sorry, Jimbo!) in Congress was that if the whole lot of them fell over dead tomorrow, we could have another bunch just like them in place in a couple of weeks.

I’m thinking he was a lot more right than I’m real happy about.

  6. Jimbo…..
After reading your post here, I took a nap & had a dream with the scenario of all 100 Senators & 435 Congressmen being on a cruise together. While on this cruise the ship struck a massive floating object( Not sure if it were an iceberg or Ted Kennedy) & began to take on water….then & only then was it noticed there were enough life boats for but 250 passengers. As I am well known for my benevolance & steadfast belief of medicinal benefits for imported beer, was given the task to assign seating to those most worthy.
To properly judge the essential qualifications of the assembled goverment leeches, the following scientific reasoning was used……Those I did not like were stricken from the list & the rest I guessed at.
From the Senate 60 went for a swim , 40 got to sit in life boats. from the House 286 joined the 60 from the Senate treading water & 151 got to join the fortunate 40 in the lifeboats .
This meant a total of 191 out of 537 were judged worthy of saving by my humble self. As to the fact of 59 seats unassigned, I needed room for myself, the hooter girls tending bar, essential crew members, the imported beer from the cruise ship bar & the snack sandwiches.
Besides as we drifted away from the scene of destruction we did see many liberal dimocrats clinging to the waistband of Unsteady Teddy Kennedy`s bermuda shorts so all was not lost. All in all it was a good dream, especially if you like Aussie beer, hooter girls & fresh sandwiches
