Sadly, this also happens in just about every other state in the nation and probably the federal government as well. What we really need in this country is a top to bottom clearing out of elected officials in this country. I for one am seriously considering voting against all incumbents in the upcoming elections.

This is just like Pennsylvania except the fence is never fixed….that money is re-appropriated to fund some welfare recipient vote buying project.
