Great “News.”

I can continue to not read Maureen Dowd’s crap in the New York Times, only now I can continue to not read it for free.

  1. The best thing about the “Times Select” firewall was that it pretty much eliminated folks like Dowd, Friedman, and Krugman (the three of whom, incidentally, do not equal one idiot) from the “conversation” on the topics of the day. If a tree falls in the forest and it is not link-able, than it does not make a sound.

But alas…the thought that I may once again stumble upon the Three Horseman of Liberal Stupidity whilst meandering online is not a happy one…

  2. Jimbo,
Only the Times would think that people would rush to pay to read their drivel online. What arrogance. When you think about it, You Jim-Bo, probably had a bigger reading audience than the Times Select. Now that’s funny!

  3. What changed, The Times said, was that many more readers started coming to the site from search engines and links on other sitesbugmenot.com instead of coming directly to NYTimes.com.dealing with forced registry to a newsite they despise but are mildly curious about and use for blog fodder when bloated due to unexpelled gas.
