It is really quite simple…..if you choose to voluntarily not pay Income Tax, the government can voluntarily choose to arrest you, seize your assests & sell them……Then voluntarily assign you to an period of incarceration in one of the Federal Prisons. How more voluntary can you get?

Look around at the snarley morning faces on your bus or subway. 30% of your fellow passengers are fully on board with this guy. Another 20% will admit he’s a moron if you hold a gun to their heads, but believe he (and Nancy and Ted, etc.) are all that stand between the nation and a right-wing apocalypse and are willing to pretend he’s a fully sentient entity.
