Oh, and by the way – there are cables, yes, but they are very thin, and there are bits where they stop – some of this you have to do unprotected.

I did this yesterday. It was scary, but amazing fun! I have some bad news – the video doesn’t actually show the worst bit. If you have done outdoor rock climbing, you probably have the skills needed to do this.
