My wife (Jackie) used to work at a baby deliverin’ place.
One of the wimmen liked her bedside manner so much that she proudly announced she was naming her newborn after my wife.
Retaining that ‘sisterly’ flair, the child is now name Jacquisha.

Majestic names all – but this commenter really made it for me:

My old dad’s favorite story was about the multi-mother’s answer as to what her cherrun’s names were. She named them all Tyrone. When questioned, she said that she only had to say, “Tyrone, come eat.” “Tyrone, come inside.” When asked what she did when she only wanted one of the cherrun, she said that she would call them by their last name! Amen . . .
