Missed Milestone.

Filed under: Uncategorized — Jim @ 12:08 pm

dice7November 27th came and went, and I failed to remember that, as of that date, I’ve been doing this blog for seven farookin’ years. I’ve written more than 2,800 posts, and youse guys have left more than 17,000 comments, thank you very much. Collectively, that amounts to lots of time wastage, but the good news is that I’ve met lots of great peeps in the cyber world and in the real world as a result of noodling around with this blog.

I figure that since I’ve stumbled blindly into year number eight, I may as well stick around.

  2. And you were one of my biggest influences when I started out… so thank you for that, and for seven years of uber-coolness! Not to mention the farookin’ great hair.

  3. Congratulations! I must admit that I found this blog quite by accident (as a link from another blog), but I enjoy reading it. Your perspective is quite interesting and educational. Here’s to another great year!

  9. From one Joisey peep to another, congrats Jim! Yours is one of the first blogs I check out everyday. I’m normally in a perpetually lousy mood since last November, but a visit here never fails to bring a smile to my face. Makes it easier to face the libtards at work. Thank you for that! 😉

  10. I look forward to this blog and check it every day for new laughs! I really get a bang out of skank pelosi’s and hitlery rodent thigh’s diaries! But it all makes me laugh and knowing it’s authored by a Patriot who fought for my freedom makes it all the more satisfying!!

  14. Jimmy,

oooh thanks for all the free plugs over the past couple years especially about my gorgeous body. And by the way, last time I saw you I noticed a “spot” in that overrated coif of yours. Could it be the beginning of the end.

  15. Not just blogging, but bringing bloggers together. You were the linchpin in bringing diverse topic bloggers together for the Jersey Blogmeet – gawd, how long ago was that? – and I’m sure you were a big part of the reason that the southern blogmeets seem so fun. I don’t want this to sound like your retirement dinner speech, but I will say thank you for all your efforts over the years. Now where’s that gold watch?

  17. Jimbo…I haven`t been around for the entire time but am a faithful follower of Parkway Rest Stop since Denny at GOC in Atlanta clued me in several years back …..Besides we have something in common , we are both about the same distance from Harrisburg Pa. This is the home of some of the dumbest politicians in the North East.
