Get a load of the comments from the progressive geniuses to the “The One’s Report Card – From 1970†post (reproduced in its entirety) here. As the “uninformed redneck†who authored this bit of SATIRE (hello?), I find it rather comical that so many of our self-anointed intellectual betters really are stuck on stupid.
I am not surprised so many were not capable of recognizing satire….after all they bought the hope & change BS in the first place, being fooled or stupid come`s natural to some people, it is just that some of the naive are more educated but stupid none the less.

As one of my very first bosses used to tell me, “You have to remember people are basically stupid.” The same ones who cannot grasp satire are the same ones who elected the schmuck.

This is disturbing on so many levels. To call these idiots “morons” is an insult to actual morons.
Looking at the comments it’s easy to tell that the people who actually read your piece recognized it to be parody. The boobs who made up most of the comments never even bothered to read it before passing judgment – on all of us here – as “ignorant”, “rednecks”, “racists.”
Not that the US Senate is any different. I had just always hoped that this phenomenom was limited to Capitol Hill.
