Fabulous Fotos.

Filed under: Uncategorized — Jim @ 9:22 pm

The time I could have spent thinking about what to write and then actually writing something, I spent looking at this amazing series of color photos of various places in the United States between 1939 and 1943. If you’re a fan of American social history, or a photography buff, these are worth your time.

Found them at Cousin Jack’s place.

  2. That’s AMAZING, I found these last week through Stumbleupon.com. Wild.

Great photos, a peek at a simpler time. I love nostalgic photos like this, I can get lost looking through these for a long, long time.

  6. Thanks for the link! Nice to be reminded that the world back then was really in color… just like it is now. But with more dirt.
