Now Hear This …

The Drinking Lamp is lit at the House by the Parkway.

Good thing too, because it’s cold as hell tonight in the Garden State.

Lamp is a Christmas giftie from daughter and son-in-law

  1. Appears my mind is in the gutter. Looks like someone getting some while she is standing against the bar.

  2. Hmmm…wish it were that cold here in Colorado. Sixty degrees today. I haven’t had a decent day of skiing yet because the mountains just aren’t getting it. Weird thing is, it was really cold and snowy here in the Denver area at the beginning of December and we had a great dump the week before Christmas…but not the same in the mountains!

  3. Am I mistaken or is that one of those new bulbs?

Nope. Not new. Colored neon lights have been around for as long as I can remember for decorative, artistic and advertising use.

  5. That is a rather provocative lamp… or maybe my mind goes there because I can’t drink anymore… Gotta have a vice! 😉

  10. OK, I had to relook at the lamp. My mind was in the same gutter as Dapandico…

  11. That is one fine looking lamp. Even better than the fabled Leg Lamp in A Christmas Story.
