This Sure is a Fundamental Transformation.

I’m sure you’ve seen the photo of the filmmaker of the You Tube video which, according to The One’s administration, caused Muslims all over the world (on September 11th) to go on a rampage, resulting in burned embassies and dead Americans. You really can’t see his face, because it is obscured by a scarf or a towel as he was being hustled into a police car for a “voluntary” appearance at police headquarters at some time around 1 a.m. When he arrived at police headquarters, he was questioned by federal law enforcement agents.

His crime? He committed no crime. Rather, he made a cheesy movie, which by any definition, constitutes protected speech under the First Amendment. Police dragging him to headquarters in the middle of the night following “demands” by Muslim leaders that he be arrested for “insulting the Prophet Mohammad” is something I never thought I would see in the United States. (If you believe this midnight frogmarch by police had anything to do with a probation matter, you’re beyond help.)

If the government can take this kind of disgraceful and unconstitutional action against this man, it can, sure as hell, take the same kind of action against you or me for exercising our right of free speech protected by the First Amendment. I don’t care whether you’re a liberal, a conservative, democrat or republican: that ought to scare the hell out of you.

This must stop. November is our last chance.

  1. I wish I had the creative and technological skills to make a video expressing my opinion about mohammed and islam. Instead, I’ll have to settle for plain old-fashioned text.

All of you pedophile-worshiping camel-boinking intolerant savages who are offended by anyone who has different beliefs than you can kiss my rosy red All-American ass.

And afterwards, go gobble down a few rashers of bacon.

    Mother-F***ing cum-gargling a$$holes…

  4. The LA times had an article comparing the film with shouting Fire in a crowded theater. It occurs to me the film came out in the summer but the violence did not flare up until Sept in association with the media frenzy.

So if their premise is correct then might it be the MEDIA who is shouting Fire in a Crowded Theater?

I wonder what the LA times would react if some of their writers had the brownshirts knocking on their door in the middle of the night to haul them downtown to “discuss” this issue?
