Four More Years ………..

Filed under: Uncategorized — Jim @ 1:57 am

I am still trying to collect my thoughts, none of them good at the moment.

It’s only a matter of time before the people who voted to re-elect this man are negatively impacted (or their children or grandchildren are negatively impacted) by their decision. At some point, the well will run dry, and the piper will still have to be paid.

  1. Some people have to be hit by the train before they will get off the tracks. Unfortunately, those people also vote, pulling us onto the tracks with them.

Glad to hear your family made it through Sandy okay. Hope your SIL is recovering well.

  2. Allen West is fighting for his political life in PB County. There was a recount, as it said he was losing… now he’s 400 votes ahead. A group of Veteran Bikers and retirees came out to monitor the recount. (You can’t make this stuff up…) Now there is a court injunction and he wants a full on recount because all the absentee ballots haven’t been counted and the military absentees don’t even have to be in until 15 November. Meanwhile, his opponent is having a victory party already.

It’s a horrible mess and I think it will end up in the courts… welcome to Palm Beach County.

I told my husband, “I need to move.”

  3. Heres one from GOC commenter “TalkingHorse”
    Question!…..
What is the difference between America & the Titanic?
Answer!……. The passengers on the Titanic did not vote to hit the iceberg! Funny, but sadly True.

  4. Unfortunately most of them are too stupid to be able to connect their vote for THE ONE to whatever negative impact they experience as a result. Or it will be all Bush’s fault in their small misfiring cerebellums.

  5. Maybe President Obama’s second term will be better than his first. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

  6. I think we’re all trying to collect our thoughts. It’s a very scary time. With no other presidential candidate have I genuinely felt that I will be screwed out of my tomnorrows as I have with Obama. If Gore was elected in 2000, I would have thought, “Geez, what a moronic doosh,” but I wasn’t necessarily afraid the way I am now. Hopefully I won’t end up like a starving Zimbabweyan under Mugabe, forced to eat grass on the side of some road in post-Constitutional Republic Amerikkka. Kevin, bless his heart, is such an optimist. I will try to be one too.

  8. Please don’t be so melodramatic. It is not the end of the world. I pray that all our leaders have wisdom and guidance. We will be okay.

  9. Kevin-Keep praying .The America hating Marxist was taught by Saul Alinsky who dedicated his book to Lucifer .The jackass party initially removed God from its platform before changing back .The left shares no values with most Americans ,but it fools them quite often .It is laughable that the Marxist was going to discuss the economy and the deficit .He is destroying the one and shattering the other .That little rodent and pipsqueak Harry Reid wants to raise the debt ceiling by over 2 trillion .At this rate they will triple what Bush did. the burden on future generations is not sustainable . We may need to burn them at the stake as we pray .

  10. One of the GenPop at work, who is an Obie supporter, asked me how I liked the election. I replied I was taught if I couldn’t say anything nice, not to say anything at all.
And then I didn’t speak for the rest of our encounter.
I’m hoping he got the point, but I kind of doubt it, considering his political bent.

  12. OK, this one’s pretty much over.

    Wah.

Now, let’s get the attention of the so-called “conservative” punditry, and especially the “centrist” so-called “conservatives.

    Gloves are off, Babycakes.

Patience my ass. I’m gonna fire up the smoking blog and start kicking assorted butt from here to next week. Not to mention getting after our two Senators, my Congress-critter, and assorted State and Local electoids.

    Let the fun begin…

  13. I’m still very sad and think that vote fraud may have swung the election in swing states. 330,000 votes would have swung FL, Ohio, VA, CO. I am happy that my state NC now has a GOP governor for the first time in 20 years and that Romney/Ryan won a plurality in my state after going for Obama last time.
